Repeat Prescriptions
Normally the surgery can issue a repeat prescription when it has been requested at least five working days prior to collection (please note that this does not include Bank Holidays, Saturday and Sundays). This can be done either in person at the surgery using the right side of your prescription and ticking the boxes beside the medication required or in writing giving us your name, date of birth, address and the medication required. Alternatively you can use the on line service and request your medication, Please note that we do not take requests for prescriptions over the phone
If you wish us to post your prescription back to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your request.
If you have a nominated Pharmacy, your prescription once issued will be either sent electronically to the Pharmacy or collected by the Pharmacy.
If you do not currently use this option please speak to one of the reception staff who can action this for you.
